• I enjoy generic 80’s music.
  • I am somewhat addicted to Easy Way peach green tea.
  • I drink (basically) nothing but green tea these days.
  • I used to like to write and take photos but my passion for both has diminished.
  • I’m keen to get into adult life.
  • I want to work full time.
  • I want to earn good money.
  • I want to save up for a holiday.
  • I want at least 25 new books and a few new bookshelves for Christmas.
  • I’m going to see the closing night of Mary Poppins in Sydney tomorrow night.
  • I love a man called Dean.
  • I dislike the fact I am discriminated against on a daily basis.
  • I hate the fact that most gay man can’t stick to a monogamous relationship. This is in no way in relation to Dean. It’s a general comment on society.
  • I’d love to write a book.
  • I have a book idea in mind.
  • I have no idea how to put said book idea into actual words.
  • I want to win the lottery, give Dean a lot to help him out and then buy a house by the ocean completely designed from Ikea furniture.
  • It will be awesome.
  • I spend an average of 4+ hours a week travelling between Sydney and Newcastle to work and spend time with Dean.
  • I want to find a job in Sydney but I’m not having any luck yet.
  • Cross your fingers I can.
  • I want to start studying a teaching degree next year.
  • Hopefully I get an offer!
  • I’d also like to do my masters/doctorate in English.
  • I don’t know if I have what it takes to do it though.
  • I like songs that make me want to cry.
  • I haven’t properly cried in a long time. I enjoy this.
  • I have nothing against crying but I do prefer myself happy.
  • My family recently met Dean and things went really well.
  • I almost feel selfish and sad that my “coming out” story has been generally good.
  • I hate the fact I have to “come out”. 
  • It shouldn’t matter.
  • I can’t believe in todays day and age that people can still be so bigoted. 
  • I wouldn’t mind moving to Nelson’s Bay.
  • However, I’d also buy an apartment or townhouse in Melbourne (see lottery note).

  • It hurt a lot to find a few of my good friends don’t support same-sex-marriage.
  • A little part of dies when the media refer to it as “gay marriage”. 
  • I just got an email. 
  • I hoped it was a reply from one of the many job applications I’d sent out. Just spam.
  • I like dogs.
  • I currently have three sitting at my feet. 
  • I hope they like Meat Loaf songs.
  • I don’t want to do the dishes but I should.
  • Then I best go shower.
  • Dean doesn’t get home until one. What can I do until then?
